Two new solicitors have joined Taylors Solicitors, which has offices in Braunton and Ilfracombe, North Devon.
Laura Mather is an experienced commercial and residential property solicitor specialising in all aspects of commercial and residential conveyancing, landlord and tenant matters, portfolio management and insolvency-related property transactions and security reviews. Laura read Law and Criminology at Cardiff University and trained with a leading regional firm on the South Coast before qualifying as a solicitor in 2009 into a busy Commercial Property team in Southampton. Originally from North Devon, Laura moved back to the area in January 2017, joining Taylors shortly after.
Drawing from her extensive and varied experience whilst working on the South Coast, Laura can offer both individual and corporate clients a professional and efficient service covering all aspects of Property Law. Laura is happy to meet with clients in Taylors’ Braunton or Ilfracombe offices and can also accommodate home and site visits.
Paul Paterson graduated with a first class honours law degree from a leading university before qualifying as a solicitor in 2008, practising in will drafting, powers of attorney, trusts, probate and estate planning.
He has since gained a wealth of experience acting for clients from all backgrounds, including handling complex estate administrations for one of the country’s largest legal service providers, before joining Taylors.
Paul is able to advise on and assist with wills and other measures necessary to ensure hard earned assets are managed, preserved and safely passed on for the benefit of family, friends and charities. He enjoys being able to provide this service in a professional, yet friendly and approachable manner at Taylors, and is always pleased to discuss cients’ requirements initially without obligation, either at Taylors’ offices or at a client’s home, and outside normal office hours if preferred.
