North Devon businesses and households with poor indoor mobile coverage are being supported in improving ‘not-spots’ by a voucher programme administered by Connecting Devon and Somerset.
The Mobile Boost Programme provides vouchers worth up to £1,200 towards the cost of one of a number of 4G mobile signal booster options from a registered supplier.
The value of vouchers depends on the type of technology most suitable for a specific premises. Suppliers will advise on the most appropriate option. While covering the majority of the equipment cost, businesses and residents need to make a contribution to cover the cost of installation.
