Congratulations to all winners!
“There is such a wide variety of business types and sizes across many sectors in North Devon and the awards offer the opportunity to acknowledge and recognise their achievements,” says Robert Zarywacz, editor of Business Action.
“Many business people elsewhere are unaware of North Devon’s capabilities and expertise. Businesses here manufacture much of the UK’s generic drugs, play a major role in vaccine manufacture, participate in aeronautics, defence and shipbuilding industries, produce hi-tech equipment and components as well as producing exclusive high quality food and drink products. We also have digital expertise, incredible hospitality businesses and many other successful sectors.
“All face the uncertainties that every business now faces and the awards are an important motivator to spur businesses on to continue adapting and developing to maintain the success of the North Devon economy.
“I would like to thank everyone who has supported the awards, especially our sponsors and judges, who have made them possible.”
• We’ll be publishing further details of the winners on this site as well as in the summer print issue of Business Action magazine.
