Petroc | Business Action | North Devon business news

Petroc will be running free Skills Bootcamps – flexible courses of up to 16 weeks – giving people the opportunity to build up sector-specific skills and fast-track to an interview with an employer. Courses are open to adults aged 19 or over who are looking to improve their skills and employability. A guaranteed interview is offered to those seeking new employment.

Employers who wish to use the Train4Tomorrow Skills Bootcamps for staff development are required to contribute to the costs of the course, either 10% if an SME or 30% for large businesses, representing excellent value for money.

For employers looking to recruit staff, Skills Bootcamps offer a pipeline of highly skilled and motivated individuals who are looking for roles where they can utilise the skills learnt.
